What happens if I miss my delivery?
If there are 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. However, don’t worry! You can still collect your order directly from our warehouse.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, you’ll be notified by email, and you can pick up your order at our warehouse located at:

If your order isn’t collected within 7 business days, it will be processed as an undelivered order. There will be no refunds for missed orders.
