Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a modification or exchange—whether it’s adjusting the size or color, or switching to a different item of equal value (subject to availability).
Just reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change before fulfillment begins.
📅 How to Exchange Your Order After Delivery
Online purchases can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different color or size.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags intact.

Select your preferred replacement item by choosing from the available sizes and colors for the same product. If your desired option is out of stock, you may opt for a different available variant or wait for a restock.

Send your item back 📦 using the provided return label and instructions.

Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll ship out the replacement 🚚 to your delivery address. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your exchange has been processed.

If the new size or color is unavailable, we will notify you of the next steps.

Exchanges are only processed once per order—the replacement item cannot be exchanged again.

If you need an exchange for multiple items, please ensure all items are registered in the same request.
🚫 Exclusions
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Innerwear, jewelry, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, and gift items.

Items purchased at marked-down prices.

Full-priced items bought with promo codes if the promo code terms state that exchanges are not allowed.
